Solving Cross-Platform Integration Challenges at Enterprise Scale
Leading UX and Strategy for Motorola's web admin experience involved addressing a fundamental challenge that persists today: creating seamless integration between mobile devices and desktop environments. This project required designing a centralized management platform that would allow device owners to configure, personalize, and troubleshoot their Motorola devices through web browsers.
Strategic Vision for Omni-Channel Experiences
In 2014, while omni-channel was a popular concept, the technical reality of cross-platform integration remained largely unsolved. Our strategic approach involved creating design frameworks that could bridge the significant gaps between mobile and desktop paradigms, ensuring users could transition between platforms without losing context or functionality.
Complex Technical Constraint Navigation
The challenge extended beyond interface design to fundamental questions of data synchronization, security protocols, and device authentication across platforms. This required close collaboration with engineering teams to understand API limitations while advocating for user experience improvements that would differentiate Motorola's ecosystem approach.
Account Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
Managed the strategic relationship with Motorola's product and engineering teams, leading scoping discussions and stakeholder presentations that balanced ambitious user experience goals with realistic technical implementation timelines. The project demanded constant alignment between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
