I work within Motherbrain, EQT's AI & Data team, driving design strategy across vastly different industries and user personas—from investment professionals analyzing deals to portfolio company executives implementing AI solutions. This role requires translating complex business challenges into scalable design frameworks while navigating the ambiguous, rapidly-evolving landscape of private equity technology.

Cross-functional Leadership & Strategic Planning

My responsibilities span strategic planning with senior leadership, budget allocation across multiple design initiatives, and establishing design practices that serve both internal teams and external portfolio companies. I partner directly with engineering, data science, and executive teams to ensure design decisions align with business objectives across EQT's global operations and different business lines.
